Heat oil in a kadai , add mustard, cummin n curry leaves
Now add chopped onion n cook till it turns into pink colour
Add mirchi ka thecha stir for seconds
Add chopped tomatoes n cook
Now add salt, turmeric pd and choped sprinv onion n cook for 1-2 mins
In a bowl take besan add pinch salt n pinch turmeric pd and make a batter by adding water
Now add this batter to the spring onion mixture
Keep stir
Cook on low flame for 1-2 mins
Finally add coriander leaves
